2.Send us proper video of the product your received and provide an explaination on why you want to return or exchange
3.Once approved exchange or refund process will be proceeded within 3-4 business days

what is your delivery charges?

1.inside ktm (package below 2kg) : Rs.90
inside ktm (package above 2kg) : Rs.90+Rs.30(for each kg added)

2.major cities pokhara, chitwan , hetauda, butwal , dharan etc (package below 2Kg) :Rs 150
Package above 2kg : Rs150+Rs.45 will be added for each kg added

3.Other areas(package below 2Kg) : Rs199
Package above 2kg:Rs199+Rs.45 added for each kg added

Can i request specific delivery date and time?

Unfortunately, deliveries are made by third parties courier services and specific delivery date and time cannot be preset or requested.
But we do try to deliver as per your requested time and date.
